Weather Conditions:
We highly recommend indoor parties in Florida during hurricane season, if performer cannot enter or perform due to inclement weather the balance is still due.

During the months of May through September entertainers will not perform outside without cover and shade.
Shade must be provided , Magicians with animals do not perform outside under any conditions.

Reserving a date, deposit & charges:
Reserving a date with Worthy Purpose Group /Ooopsy the Clown & Company or Amy’s entertainment requires a non-refundable deposit. It may be credited towards another event within 6 months of original event date. If entertainment or ride is in route the balance is due in full. Balance is due ON Arrival.
Returned Checks carry a $50.00 fine ( $10.00 per day charge for each day balance is late)

Many times Equipment & Entertainment is booked back to back. Please have balance ready in form of CASH ONLY when entertainment arrives. This assures prompt set up for every event.

It is your responsibility to provide sufficient electricity. If you require a generator it is an additional $55.00. We will need 48 hour notice to inspect, fill and have it delivered.

We carry a 2 million dollar liability insurance and we are registered in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. If a park does not have our certificate, please give us a call and our insurance provider will fax it to them! Additional Insured Certificates will need 3 business days for underwriting. In case of an accident our policy requires that it be recorded by paramedic personnel ( official report).
